We were looking to make a big impact on the trade show floor and embrace the western, Fort Worth vibe by having a life size Texas Longhorn in our booth and Silverado Ranch delivered! They also gave us other western pieces that brought the whole booth feel cohesive. Our booth was the talk of the conference and we even won "Best in Show" and the "People's Choice" Awards! The team was professional, responsive, proactive, courteous and hard working. From our very first email exchange and then phone calls to discuss my "vision", the entire experience has been both impressive and a pleasure. Arnold's tremendous expertise built over many years, his relentless passion, grace and enthusiasm for wanting to make every detail just perfect, his work ethic and drive resulted in a truly wonderful and successful Holiday gathering well over 100 guests! Their props, wanted poster photo wardrobe and artistic backdrops were impeccable, authentic and in tip top condition! Throughout the entire lifecycle of pulling this event together and making it an unforgettable experience (and that's another key word - it's an "experience" not just an event!!), the team remained 100% engaged and truly "interested" in offering and sharing their best recommendations for each and every detail and because of their love of what they do, the realization of the "vision" we had in mind came to life and the feedback from our entire group reinforces just how great it all was!! Pulling an event together at fairly short notice for this number of guest requires a lot of project management and I depended on the team to stick to their commitments - which they did 100%: This is a key reason I wanted to provide my feedback - they never missed a beat! At first our people came over with inquisitive eyes within what seemed like minutes the team from Silverado had people cheering and volunteering to be a part of the races. The theme of our event was a 75th jubilee and somehow this team made the races tie into our overall theme. They were able to get the crowd excited and ready to support our goal! To say they exceeded out expectations is an understatement. Getting someone on the phone, scheduling and confirmation was very professional and simple. The day of the party the two technicians were on time, very nice and personable. We enjoyed their company. The mechanical bull looks super realistic and was the hit of the party! Many of our guests left asking for their contact information. We will definitely work with Silverado Ranch again in the near future!
